The MAJIC WEBSITE CONTEST" (the "Contest") is sponsored by MAJIC 102.7 (WMXJ) and various participating sponsors which furnish the contest prize (the "Sponsor" or "Sponsors"). The rules supersede any and all prior editions of the Contest rules and cover the Contest from August 23, 2010 through September 5, 2010.

Eligibility. This Contest is offered only to persons 18 years of age or older (If winner is between 18 & 21 years of age, he/she must be accompanied by an adult of at least 21 years of age in order to check-in to the hotel.) at the time of entry who are legal US residents residing in one of the following Florida counties, Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach or Monroe and who are members of THE MAJIC FUN CLUB (the "Club"). Employees of MAJIC 102.7 (WMXJ), Lincoln Financial Media Company of Florida, Lincoln Financial Media Company, Lincoln National Corporation, the various participating Monthly sponsors -- along with their parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies, and their advertising or promotional agencies (collectively, the "Contest Entities"), and the immediate families or members of the same households of such individuals are not eligible. Employees of other companies operating radio stations in the Miami-Fort Lauderdale, Florida, MSA, and the immediate families or members of the same households of such individuals are not eligible. Proof of age, identity and eligibility must be furnished to Sponsors upon request. Sponsors will not award a prize to anyone not meeting eligibility requirements at the time of entry. Sponsors reserve the right to disqualify any entrant if these Contest rules are not followed. By entering, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and these Contest rules, and you agree to abide by all decisions of the Sponsors.

How to Enter. Beginning 12 am on August 23, 2010, through and including 11:59pm on September 5, 2010 (the “Entry Period”), MAJIC 102.7 will accept entries via its Internet website at Majic1027.com, from The Majic Fun Club Members, to win the Prize(s) offered in the Contest. Internet access is required to register for membership and enter the Contest. Members may modify their personal information on record -- or cancel their membership in the Club -- at any time by visiting the Majic Fun Club section of the MAJIC 102.7 website. Both new and existing Majic Fun Club members need to complete an entry form during the Entry Period in order to enter this Contest. One (1) entry per person. Once you have submitted an entry for the Entry Period, you will be eligible for the drawing that will take place at the end of the Entry Period.

How to Win. All Majic Fun Club members who meet the eligibility requirements of this contest will need to be entered into the contest. On September 6, 2010 at approximately 12pm, one (1) entrant will be randomly selected from among all eligible Majic Fun Club members who entered during the Entry Period to win the Grand Prize. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible Majic Fun Club members entered for the drawing. A representative from MAJIC 102.7 will notify the Grand Prize Winner. The Grand Prize Package has a fair market value of $712.80 (actual value may vary depending on travel dates and location) and will include and is limited to the following: Hotel accommodations, room and tax only, for up to four (4) people in a maximum of one (1) room at a hotel selected by UO for one (1) night on September 11, 2010. Hotel accommodations do not include meals, incidentals, tips, telephone calls, or any other personal expenses incurred during the trip. Four (4)1-Day/2-Park Universal Orlando tickets valid for admission to Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure theme parks through October 10, 2010.Four (4)1-Day Rock the Universe 2010 tickets valid for admission to the event on either September 10, 2010 or September 11, 2010.One (1) Universal Orlando Resort general parking pass valid through October 10, 2010.NOTE: Winner must travel by September 11, 2010 or winner will forfeit Grand Prize. Winner must be 18 years of age or older. If winner is between 18 & 21 years of age, he/she must be accompanied by an adult of at least 21 years of age in order to check-in to the hotel. Minor traveling companion(s) (if any) must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Blackout dates or other restrictions may apply. Winner travel arrangements must be made a minimum of fourteen (14) days prior to winner travel and are subject to availability. Hotel stay, theme park, and hard ticket dates may not be changed after scheduling, acceptance, and confirmation by UO. All elements of each Grand Prize package must be used, redeemed, fulfilled, booked and/or confirmed at the same time, and no changes will be permitted. If winner is unable to fulfill any portion of the prize during the time period specified, winner forfeits the entire prize package. Winner and guests must travel at the same time. Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash value. All unclaimed and/or unused prize packages, including theme park tickets, will remain the property of UO and may not be used as sales or trade incentive for employees of the Sponsor, and may not be sold, exchanged or otherwise transferred by winner, nor used by the Sponsor, its agencies or clients. All tickets are valid during normal operating hours only. Operating hours and availability of attractions and shows are subject to change without notice. Some special events may be separately ticketed. UO reserves the right to change the name of all tickets. All tickets specifically exclude admission to special or separately ticketed “hard ticket” entertainment events at either of the theme parks or within any of the Universal CityWalk venues. Odds of being selected as a grand prize winner depend upon the number of eligible entries received. The winners will be subject to the terms and conditions set forth by the provider of the grand prize. The Sponsors reserve the right to substitute Prizes of equal or greater value. Unless otherwise disclosed, a minimum total of one (1) Prize will be offered in Contest. Where practical, Winners will be required to pick up their prizes at the MAJIC 102.7 offices weekdays 9 a.m.-5 p.m., beginning one week from the conclusion of the week's Contest (or when notified by the Promotions Department that their prize is ready for pick up). Prizes not claimed by Winners within 30 days of notification are subject to forfeiture. Approximate taxable retail value of Prizes will vary, and will be disclosed to the Winners in advance of distribution of their Prizes. No cash substitutions will be made for any non-cash Prizes. Winners may be required to complete an IRS Form W-9 for tax purposes. Taxes on Prize winnings are the responsibility of the individual Winners. Odds of winning depend on number of entrants in a particular monthly Contest.

Terms and Conditions; Limitations of Liability. Participants are responsible for complying with all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and with these Contest Rules, and by entering, Participants agree to be bound to these Contest Rules. Any security breach or other attempt by an Entrant or other party to tamper with the proper administration of the Contest will disqualify the Entrant and may result in civil or criminal action against the Entrant or other party and may result in the discontinuation, suspension or cancellation of the Contest. Winners and Entrants agree, except where prohibited by law, to release and discharge, hold harmless and indemnify the Contest Entities, their employees, agents and representatives, officers and directors and their immediate families, successors and assigns, and all others associated with the development and execution of this Contest, from any and all tax liability that may be imposed or associated with receipt or use of the Prize, and from and against any and all claims, actions, proceedings, and liability for any damages, expenses, fees, injury or losses (including personal injury or death) sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership or use of the Prize or while traveling to, preparing for, or participating in any Contest-related or Prize-related activity. By entering the Contest or by winning, Participants grant to the Contest Entities the right to publicize the Participant's name, photograph, image, likeness, voice and statements for advertising, trade and promotion purposes without compensation, without opportunity for review, and in perpetuity, except where prohibited by law. Winners must execute an affidavit of eligibility and liability and publicity release before Prize will be awarded. Sponsors retain the discretion to make all decisions regarding the interpretation and application of these rules. All decisions of Sponsors are final and discretionary. In the event a selected Winner of a Prize is ineligible or refuses the Prize, or in the event the Prize is forfeited for any other reason, the Prize will be forfeited and Sponsors, in their sole discretion, may randomly select an alternate Winner. The laws of the State of Florida shall govern this Contest, without regard to Florida's choice of law rules. The courts of Florida shall be the exclusive forum for any dispute relating to these Rules and/or this Contest. All Participants and Winners agree, by their participation in the Contest, to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts of Florida. Winner agrees to provide his or her Social Security Number and home mailing address for tax purposes, including the mailing of IRS form 1099 early in the year following date of winning. Prizes may be considered income, and any and all taxes associated with Prizes are the responsibility of each individual Winner. Prizes are non-transferable by winners. Winners may not substitute a prize or redeem non-cash prizes for cash. Winner is prohibited from selling, auctioning, renting, leasing, or otherwise transferring any interest in whole or in part in any prize or prize component to any other person without the express written consent of Sponsor. Violation of this provision results in Sponsor's revocation of the prize and/or the winner's forfeiture of the prize, and winner shall be liable to Sponsor for the value of the prize as set forth in these rules. Sponsor reserves the right to take action to prosecute civil and/or criminal claims against persons violating this prohibition and to exclude such persons from future contests and sweepstakes.

Disclaimer and Force Majeure. Contest Entities, their affiliated, parent, and subsidiary companies, their employees, agents and officers, advertising and promotion agencies, and all others associated with the development and execution of this Contest are not responsible for: (1) problems associated with radio transmission, phone lines and phone or IP numbers that are beyond their control -- this includes, but is not limited to: a busy signal, operator interference, cellular interference, Internet congestion, technical or atmospheric conditions, interruptions or malfunctions that disrupt the completion of a phone call or Internet service, or for technical difficulties which may prohibit, prevent or interfere with the transmission of radio signals to all or limited geographic areas during the playing of the Contest; (2) typographical errors in any materials relating to the Contest; (3) cancellations, postponements or delays; or (4) Acts of God or Chances of Fate -- including, but not limited to, war, terrorism, government regulation, disaster, fire, strikes, civil disorder, or other similar causes -- beyond the control of the Contest Entities, their affiliated, parent and subsidiary companies, advertising and promotional agencies and their immediate assigns, making it inadvisable, illegal, impossible or impractical to continue the Contest or to perform under these Rules. The Contest Sponsors reserve the right to temporarily suspend the Contest until such negative situations, causes or forces are eliminated or corrected. Contest Entities make no warranty, guarantee or representation of any kind concerning any Prize, and Contest Entities specifically disclaim any implied warranty of merchantability, warranty of fitness, and any other implied warranty.

Sponsors reserve the right to change, alter or amend these Contest rules as necessary, in their sole discretion, to ensure the fair administration of the Contest or to comply with applicable law. Such changes, alterations and amendments will be posted at Majic1027.com, and made available at the MAJIC 102.7 main office. Disclosure of the material terms of this Contest will be broadcast at regular intervals on MAJIC 102.7 during the Contest period. For a list of Winners' names during a particular period, send a request specifying the dates in question, with a stamped, self-addressed envelope to Majic 102.7, "Majic Fun Club Winners List”, at the address above.

MAJIC 102.7 is a trade name of Lincoln Financial Media Company of Florida and refers herein to Radio Station WMXJ (FM).
